Hotel is well located near Place du Capitole. It is clean and recently refurbished in a fashion way. Fair value for money
Rooms are small and a bit noisy. You better bring your earplugs. Hotel charges you 6€ above normal rate if you book with Booked.net (65€ instead of 59€ in my case)

It was at a very good location in the center of the city.
It was really noisy. The bathroom had no door and the pillow was terrible.

Location - everything was close at hand and not more than 5 minutes away such as the conference centre, river, Capitole ...only plus point for this hotel.
The free wifi was sporadic. The room was not clean - if there is a dead fly on the bed why is it still there days later when they cleaned the room daily. Flys everywhere daily that I used a whole bottle of Dettol. No mention of one shared toilet for about 10 rooms on the original booking. 'Separate' bathroom was a shower and sink inside your room that did not have a door so if sharing a room with someone don't expect privacy as they will see you.
